Payroll Manager

The Payroll Manager owns the payroll function for over 3,500 team members across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws. This hands-on role involves running payroll in ADP Workforce Now and timekeeping in ADP Workforce Manager, while building and enforcing clear payroll processes and controls. The position partners closely with Corporate Accounting, HR, and field operations leaders to support rapid company growth.
