Payroll Coordinator

The Payroll Coordinator supports accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations for over 800 employees in a multi-union and non-union environment. This role processes semi-monthly gross-to-net payroll cycles in Paycom, reviews timekeeping data, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour requirements. The position partners closely with Human Resources and Operations to maintain employee data, schedules, and labor allocations while providing responsive support to employees and managers.
