Payroll & HR Specialist

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of payroll processing, including year-end closing and declaration processes, while ensuring the accuracy of personnel master data and time management. The position serves as the primary contact for clients regarding HR and payroll inquiries, managing the full administrative HR lifecycle and handling various insurance and social security cases. The specialist will collaborate closely with authorities and insurance providers, create statistical reports, and lead the continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
