The Payroll Operations Analyst – Benefits Processing role serves as a subject matter expert responsible for executing and overseeing payroll actions across multiple RTX business units. This position ensures accurate calculation, validation, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance for all benefits deductions while applying federal regulations and union contracts. The analyst partners closely with HR, Total Rewards, and vendor partners to ensure timely, precise, and audit-ready payroll transaction processing.
