Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist works within the Fiscal department, reporting directly to the Controller, and is responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records and processing bi-weekly payroll. The role involves reviewing timecards, preparing federal and state regulatory reports, and collaborating with Human Resources and third-party payroll services to ensure data accuracy. This position also handles payroll reconciliations, updates employee information, and ensures compliance with hospital policies and union contracts.
