Payroll Supervisor

Stannah is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments for employees across the Group. This role involves leading the payroll team, driving process improvements, and collaborating with Finance, HR, Tax, IT, and external providers to enhance payroll systems and data quality. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UK payroll legislation, excellent Excel skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
