The Payroll Team Lead ensures timely and accurate payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees across Ahlstrom locations, acting as an escalation point for complex issues and discrepancies. This role involves managing day-to-day payroll operations, training staff, and collaborating with HR and Finance to maintain compliance and efficiency. The position serves as a primary backup to the Payroll Manager and supports continuous improvement of payroll procedures.
