Payroll Technology Support Lead

This role focuses on owning the day-to-day reliability and technical health of enterprise payroll applications, leading production support, and resolving complex payroll and integration issues. The position requires hands-on investigation of application configurations, data exchanges, and technical problems while supporting enhancements, upgrades, and migrations. The incumbent will partner with payroll and business teams to define priorities, lead root-cause analysis, and provide technical direction to a small team of employees and contingent resources.
