This is a short-term, full-time contract role supporting the People & Culture team with HR advisory, employee compliance, and administrative tasks during the holiday period. The position involves responding to HR enquiries, maintaining compliance records, and providing practical support to employees and people leaders. It offers a hybrid work arrangement with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.
