The P&C Engineering Manager leads a high-performing protection and control engineering team responsible for scoping, designing, and engineering equipment and protection schemes to expand the electric grid while maintaining safety, reliability, and compliance. This role serves as the technical authority and people leader, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables across projects from 12kV through 765kV. The position combines engineering execution, cross-functional stakeholder partnership, and mentorship to grow the next generation of engineers.
