The PC Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to the University’s faculty, staff, and students, delivering Tier 1 and 2 support while identifying, tracking, escalating, and resolving customer issues related to software and hardware. The role involves creating and maintaining documentation for Desktop Support Services while assisting with the enhancement of services provided by Client Services.
