PC Technician I

The Computer Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting end user workstation hardware and peripheral devices. The role involves maintaining inventory of equipment, performing on-site analysis and resolution of complex PC problems, and ensuring proper stock levels for deployment. The position requires travel within and to other markets as needed, along with maintaining service level agreements and performing health checks in all branches.
