Peer /Bridge Mentor

Comunilife Inc. is seeking a Peer/Bridge Mentor to assist program participants in promoting recovery, re-housing, and coping skills through emotional support and shared personal experiences with substance abuse, mental illness, or homelessness. The role involves providing crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and assistance with daily living skills to help individuals achieve sobriety, mental and physical health, and independent living. This part-time position requires collaboration with case management staff and conducting groups to foster socialization and recovery.
