Peer Leader

The Peer Leader supports LGBTQIA+ youth of color and their allies in the Greater Boston and Greater Framingham areas by providing education, skills coaching, and accompaniment to help clients achieve their personal goals. This part-time role involves connecting with medically underserved individuals, assisting with access to mental health and social services, and working with both individuals and groups in office and community settings. The position requires a passion for helping others and the ability to advocate for clients while maintaining a caseload.
