Peer Navigator

Peer Navigators are young adults with lived experience of unaccompanied homelessness who provide mentorship, advocacy, and resource connections to youth and young adults navigating the DYCD Runaway Homeless Youth continuum. They engage clients through drop‑in center hours, outreach, one‑on‑one mentorship, workshops, and peer‑led programming to promote stability and self‑advocacy.
