Peer Navigator

The Peer Navigator position supports young adults with lived experience of youth homelessness by providing mentorship, advocacy, and resource connections. This role focuses on building trust, promoting youth voice, and facilitating access to services to help individuals achieve long-term stability. The position involves engaging with youth through drop-in center activities, outreach, and one-on-one sessions to support their journeys toward housing and self-sufficiency.
