Peer Navigator

The Peer Navigator partners with a counselor to support treatment programs at Bridgeway Community Health, serving as the first point of contact for incoming clients. The role involves escorting clients to appointments, providing recovery coaching, connecting them to community resources, and assisting with case management and documentation. It also includes facilitating mentor support groups and collaborating with the treatment team on care plans.
