Peer Recovery Coach I

The Peer Recovery Coach I engages and facilitates meaningful conversations with members to help them set and achieve recovery goals, while providing consultation to promote Telecare’s recovery‑centered culture. The role also involves responding to critical situations with de‑escalation skills to support a least‑restrictive environment for members experiencing mental health or addiction emergencies.
