COMHAR
A dedicated and compassionate Peer Recovery Coach provides non-clinical, peer-based support to individuals impacted by substance use and/or mental health challenges, drawing on lived experience to build trust and promote self-directed recovery. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to help participants identify personal goals, overcome barriers, and navigate systems of care while maintaining accurate documentation. This position emphasizes empowerment, mutual respect, and community integration within a fast-paced, recovery-oriented environment.
