Tri-County Human Services
The Peer Specialist provides direct input from a consumer perspective to improve community services, serves as a sounding board for individuals' concerns, and acts as a role model for recovery and coping skills. The role includes individualized case management, linking clients to medical and community services, and supporting recovery through peer group facilitation and collaboration with providers.
We provide substance abuse, mental health, and co-occurring treatment to residents of Polk, Hardee and Highlands Counties.
