The People Advisor will deliver a professional, proactive HR service across Gordon Murray Automotive, supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle. The role involves providing HR advice, managing onboarding and induction programmes, handling employee relations matters, and supporting payroll, learning and development, and engagement initiatives. Working closely with the People Business Partner and the wider People Team, the advisor will ensure HR processes are consistent, compliant, and aligned with the company’s values.
