People and Talent Coordinator

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an organized and proactive People & Talent Coordinator to support day-to-day people operations, including employee data management, onboarding, internal communications, and recruitment support. This role serves as a key point of contact to ensure smooth employee processes and supports broader People initiatives and strategy. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Associate Director – People & Talent and internal recruitment teams to enhance the overall employee experience.
