People Associate

The People Associate supports the day-to-day administration of Moneco’s People function and helps deliver an organized, responsive, and positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This role coordinates recruiting and onboarding activities, maintains accurate employee information, supports payroll and benefits administration, and assists with performance, development, and employee experience programs. The position reports to the Director of People and works closely with cross-functional partners while developing foundational knowledge across core human resources disciplines.
