The People & Culture (Human Resources) Generalist at eko supports employees throughout the employee lifecycle and helps bring new talent into the organization. The role is hands-on and people-focused, covering recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations within a fast-paced factory environment. This position is onsite at eko’s Capture Factory in Northwest Arkansas and supports scheduled weekend afternoon/evening shifts.
