This hybrid People Business Partner / HR Project Manager will support Accordion’s People Team by partnering with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies and people programs across the firm. The role combines hands-on HR business partnering with project management to drive initiatives related to performance, learning, organizational development, compensation, and engagement. It is based in New York City with flexibility to work remotely two days per week and requires collaboration across functions in a fast‑growing consulting and finance environment.
