People, Engagement, and Learning Coordinator

The People, Engagement, and Learning Coordinator will support day‑to‑day HR administration and employee lifecycle processes for a nonprofit organization, handling tasks such as contract drafting, record keeping, recruitment coordination, and onboarding/offboarding. The role works remotely within Canada and contributes to HR projects, research, and continuous improvement initiatives across the MakeWay Foundation and MakeWay Charitable Society.
