MakeWay
The Sr. Financial Analyst, Programs serves as a finance thought partner and operational liaison to Strategic Programs, Capacity Strengthening, and Philanthropic Services, reporting to the Director of Finance. This role provides financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting oversight for Foundation programs while supporting decision-making and managing financial proposals. The position involves conducting regular reforecasting, preparing financial budgets, and advising program staff on budget management and funder reports.
