About this role
This role is a People/HR Generalist position based in Mexico City supporting Farfetch employees throughout the employee journey. The position works closely with People Partners and other stakeholders to deliver HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding, within the Operations organization. It also leads and contributes to local HR projects and initiatives to strengthen culture and improve the employee experience. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and knowledge of Mexican employment practices.
