About this role

The role reports to the Director of People Integration and provides strategic HR advisory support for complex M&A transactions, guiding leaders through people‑related risks, diligence, offer strategy, and post‑close integration. The advisor collaborates with senior partners, directors, and cross‑functional teams to translate insights into executive‑ready recommendations and develop scalable tools and processes for the firm’s M&A Centre of Excellence.
