People Operations Administrator

The People Operations Administrator at Macmillan Learning provides foundational support for the employee experience and People team operations. This role manages day-to-day HR administrative tasks, coordinates onboarding and offboarding activities, maintains accurate employee records, and responds to staff inquiries. The position works closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Benefits, Payroll, and IT to ensure operational consistency across the employee lifecycle.
