People Operations & Payroll Specialist

Eudia is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations & Payroll Specialist to join its People & Talent team, owning the Rippling people platform, managing payroll operations, and leading the new hire onboarding experience. This onsite role in Palo Alto requires close collaboration with the People & Talent Lead, hiring managers, and Finance to ensure accurate employee data, timely payroll processing, and seamless onboarding and offboarding processes. The position focuses on maintaining compliance, resolving system issues, and serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and people systems.
