The People Operations Specialist manages the day-to-day employee lifecycle for approximately 500 employees, ensuring accurate HR data, compliant processes, and excellent employee service. This hands-on generalist role within Shared Services involves coordinating with payroll, finance, IT, and people managers to support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
