This role serves as the first dedicated HR hire for a venture-backed AI healthcare platform company, responsible for building the people infrastructure as the organization scales toward 1,000+ employees. The position focuses on managing the full acquisition lifecycle, including pre-close diligence, Day 1 onboarding, harmonization of policies, and handling separations and workforce changes. The role requires a hands-on operator to establish repeatable HR playbooks and ensure multi-state employment compliance.
