The People Partner, Japan is an HR operations specialist at Philips responsible for providing expert support on labor, employee relations, rewards, and compliance matters across the country. The role partners with People Services and People Leaders to ensure alignment with local labor law and organizational policies, and reports to the APAC & Japan People Partner Lead in Singapore. This is an individual contributor position focused on delivering consistent, high-quality HR services and improving employee experience.
