About this role
MECCA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (People Partner) on a contract through January 2027 to join the People & Education team. The role will partner with NZ retail leaders to shape people strategies, uphold MECCA culture, and support the business across its store network. It is a hybrid role based in Auckland with regular travel across New Zealand and periodic trips to Melbourne.
