People Partner

This role serves as the primary People Partner for one or two departments, advising managers on performance, employee development, engagement, and team morale. The position involves coaching managers through complex conversations, supporting the full employee lifecycle, and leading sensitive employee relations cases to ensure legal compliance and fairness. Additionally, the role focuses on developing practical resources, interpreting engagement data, and driving organizational change to foster a high-output, inclusive culture.
