People Support Associate (Mandarin Speaker)

The People Support Specialist at Roche serves as the primary point of contact for People & Culture (P&C) enquiries, supporting employees, candidates, managers and other stakeholders across a country or cluster of countries. The role is part of the People Support Solutions organization and contributes to delivering timely P&C services, ensuring consistent employee experience and supporting continuous improvement across global HR processes.
