About this role

Visa’s People Team Development Program (PTDP) is a two-year rotational program for early-career HR professionals within Visa’s People Function. Participants rotate through three 8-month assignments—People Team Operations, Strategy and Transformation, and a role in the Commercial business—providing broad exposure to the payments industry and high-impact initiatives. The program includes semiannual trainings, team projects, and direct sessions with Visa leaders through its Knowledge Networks series.
