The Performance, Accountability & Governance Manager will establish, lead and continuously improve governance frameworks for accountability, remuneration and performance management within HUB24. Reporting to the Head of People Experience, the role will liaise with the Office of the Financial Accountability Regime and oversee compliance with APRA CPS 511 and related regulatory obligations. The manager will also own the Workday performance cycle and drive enterprise-wide performance review processes.
