Principal, Remuneration & Governance

The Principal, Remuneration & Governance provides operational ownership and governance oversight of the Fund's remuneration frameworks, policies, programs, and regulatory obligations. Reporting to the Head of Remuneration, this highly visible role supports Board and Committee reporting, CPS 511 compliance, and executive reward governance. The position plays a critical role in strengthening remuneration practices and providing expert advice on complex regulatory matters.
