Performance and Portfolio Director

This role leads the Performance & Insights capability for Technology, creating a clear view of how well Technology is delivering its strategy, value, and outcomes. It involves developing and evolving the Technology Performance Framework and OKR approach to embed consistent standards for measuring performance and organizational health. The position requires partnering across Technology and business stakeholders to provide senior leaders with sharper insights for decision-making and driving continuous improvement.
