About this role

The Performance Improvement Manager develops and manages a comprehensive hospital-wide program to enhance quality, safety, efficiency, and patient satisfaction through data-driven methodologies and best practices. This role involves creating performance scorecards, coordinating accreditation standards, and ensuring communication of safety activities from the department level to the Board of Trustees.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain service line scorecards tracking quality and safety benchmarks
Coordinate hospital-wide activities to ensure readiness for external surveys and accreditation
Oversee publicly reported quality initiatives including core measures and patient satisfaction metrics
Build collaborative multidisciplinary teams utilizing evidence-based practice to reduce errors
