Performance Improvement Director

The Performance Improvement Director develops, manages, and integrates a comprehensive Performance Improvement Program to achieve results in quality, efficiency, safety, satisfaction, and value. This role involves overseeing hospital-wide performance improvement activities, maintaining scorecards for service lines, and ensuring continued survey readiness. The position requires collaboration with administration and leadership to execute patient safety activities and communicate outcomes to the Board of Trustees.
