Permanency Case Manager

Texas Family Initiative is seeking a full-time Permanency Case Manager to support vulnerable children and families in foster care, aiming to achieve permanency for children under the Managing Conservatorship of DFPS. The role involves collaborating with biological parents to facilitate reunification or finding safe, permanent family-like settings when reunification is not possible. This position requires conducting home visits, attending court hearings, and building partnerships with community stakeholders to strengthen families during times of crisis.
