Permanency Specialist

The Permanency Specialist works collaboratively with families, agencies, and community partners to ensure the needs of designated children are met through individualized, culturally sensitive, and goal‑driven services. The role involves assessing risk, developing service and crisis plans, delivering documented services, and maintaining strong relationships while working flexible, non‑traditional hours.
