Permanency Worker

The Permanency Worker provides permanent planning and placement for abused and neglected children, ensuring their welfare and safety while in care. This role involves working closely with parents, extended family, and legal parties to secure a permanent, safe living environment for the children. The position also includes recruiting, training, and licensing foster and adoptive homes, as well as supporting families dealing with separation and attachment issues.
