Personal Banker

The Personal Banker role involves assisting existing and potential bank customers with products and services, generating new business, and strengthening household relationships by selling CoreFirst products and services. This key sales and service position requires performing outbound sales calls, opening banking accounts, processing loan applications, and meeting branch sales goals. The role also includes participating in daily branch operations such as opening and closing the branch, balancing the vault, and performing teller duties as needed.
