The Personal Trainer provides members with customized fitness programs while educating them on proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and attaining a healthier lifestyle. The role involves building and maintaining a client base, instructing small group or one-on-one training sessions, and ensuring the safety of all guests and members.
