Pharma Support Services Specialist

The Pharma Support Services Specialist serves as the designated representative for assigned programs, ensuring the delivery of the referral management process to external partners. This role collaborates with the Clinical Product Support Team to understand program requirements and is accountable for referral service delivery, measured by contracted KPI metrics and accurate data collection. The specialist maintains positive relationships with pharma, HUB, and internal and external operational, sales, and patient registration teams.
