Vice President, Specialty Operations

Option Care Health is seeking a transformational and highly accomplished Senior Vice President, Specialty Operations to lead the strategic, operational, clinical, and financial performance of one of the nation's largest specialty pharmacy and specialty therapeutics platforms. This executive will be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of national specialty pharmacy operations, including specialty dispensing, patient services, access and reimbursement, revenue cycle management, buy-and-bill operations, pharmacy fulfillment, clinical operations, patient onboarding, digital enablement, and enterprise operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a nationally recognized specialty pharmacy executive with extensive experience scaling multi-site operations, leading large, distributed teams, driving EBITDA and operational performance, and transforming patient, provider, and employee experiences through technology, analytics, automation, and continuous improvement.
